Sweet Tea
Simple, smooth, and not bitter.
Ingredients
- 4–6 tea bags (black tea)
- 3/4–1 cup sugar
- 8 cups water
- Ice & lemon (optional)
Directions
- Bring 4 cups water to a simmer; remove from heat.
- Steep tea 8–10 minutes; discard bags.
- Stir in sugar to dissolve. Add remaining cold water.
- Chill and serve over ice with lemon.
