Buttermilk Biscuits
Classic fluffy biscuits with crispy tops.
Ingredients
- 2 cups self‑rising flour
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 3/4–1 cup cold buttermilk
Directions
- Heat oven to 450°F. Line a sheet with parchment.
- Cut butter into flour to pea‑size crumbs.
- Stir in buttermilk just until dough comes together.
- Pat to 3/4‑inch; cut biscuits. Place sides touching.
- Bake 12–14 minutes until golden.
