Banana Bread
Moist banana bread the whole crew loves.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups all‑purpose flour
Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 loaf pan.
- Whisk bananas, butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Stir in baking soda, salt, and flour just until combined.
- Pour into pan; bake 50–60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes, then turn out and finish cooling.
