Banana Bread

Moist banana bread the whole crew loves.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all‑purpose flour

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 loaf pan.
  2. Whisk bananas, butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in baking soda, salt, and flour just until combined.
  4. Pour into pan; bake 50–60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool 10 minutes, then turn out and finish cooling.
